In collaboration with Studio Briand & Berthereau, Solid Studio teams developed an innovative technique to create a vertical sandy concrete surface. The Sablé restaurant is located in Quiberon, opposite the bay's beaches.
Through the furniture, and particularly this centerpiece of the restaurant (the counter), the designer wanted to evoke the theme of sand.
The ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete bar runway is perfectly suited to restaurant use. The shade of the concrete (natural pigments) matches the restaurant's color scheme, blending in perfectly. A beautiful place to spend summer evenings.
